Guidance and support

I can support you to develop a whole organisation approach. Using practical experience and academic research models I will help you adapt what you already do whilst empowering you to understand the effects of trauma and how to support those who have experienced it.

You can also join my free introductory ‘Trauma Informed/Shame Sensitive Starter Class’ or pay to attend my ‘Trauma Informed/Shame Sensitive Master Class’.

Supervision

Reflective supervision is an essential component of safe and effective practice. The work of safeguarding is complex and hard emotionally. Managing safeguarding situations has an ongoing impact on all the professionals involved. Without effective supervision there is the risk of ongoing and secondary trauma which can impact on their decision making, risk management and personal lives.

I can support you to build an effective reflective supervision model which works with your organisation’s needs. As a qualified supervisor myself I have carried out supervision in a number of organisations using a variety of different models. I am able to analyse your organisation and make suggestions as to what would best support you and your staff within the organisational capacity and culture.

You can also join my free introductory ‘Reflective Supervision Starter Class’ or pay to attend my ‘Reflective Supervision Master Class’.

Professional development

I provide bespoke professional development opportunities to effect embedding of policy and practice.
