Georgie McIntyre

Georgie McIntyre is a consultant, coach, and supervisor with over 22 years of experience in the education sector.
She has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Learning Officer at ECIS and Head of Training at Cambridge Assessment, where she led education professional development conferences and events across UK and international schools. Georgie has a wealth of experience in organising and delivering training, curriculum development, and quality assurance, with a focus on supporting educators at all levels. With a Masters Degree in Business and a background in the finance sector, Georgie transitioned into education driven by her commitment to supporting and nurturing young people.
Throughout her career, Georgie has been passionate about fostering professional growth among safeguarding and education practitioners. She is dedicated to helping them enhance their practice, resilience, and confidence, particularly in managing complex safeguarding responsibilities.

Sam Stocken

Sam has over 25 years experience of working in both primary and secondary education, including Alternative Provision Schools (APS).
She has held various roles from class teacher to Headteacher, as well as a Maths/Teaching & Learning Consultant across Gloucestershire.
For The Child specialises in Behaviour As Communication, Safeguarding and Wellbeing, working with schools, children and families collaboratively, to reduce suspensions and permanent exclusions, whilst supporting with improving attendance.

Faye Heming

Faye Heming is a school improvement specialist with 30 years of experience in education including as a teacher, SENCO, headteacher, and school inspector.
Renowned for her evidence-based, solution-focused approach, she provides practical guidance to schools and multi-academy trusts, helping raise attainment and close achievement gaps. Committed to collaboration, she empowers schools to create thriving environments for all pupils.
Faye believes strongly in the importance of professional development and training as a tool for school improvement. She delivers bespoke training to ensure staff have the knowledge and expertise to implement improvement strategies. To reach a wider audience, Faye founded EduSuite, an online professional development tool for primary educators. She delivers the Early Career Framework and NPQs and collaborates with regional headteacher associations to design and deliver impactful training.
